No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 4 days before confirmed arrival date between the 1st of April to the 15th of June &14 days on low (1st of October to the 31st of October) & middle season (16th of June to the 30th of June & 11th of September to the 30th of September) and 21 days during high season (1st of July to 10th of September). Any cancellation made within 4 days during 1st of April to the 15th of June,14 days during low and middle season and 21 days during high, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and depending of the length of the reservation a 30% of the entire amount of stay.

Santorini is a unique island full of beautiful corners, unique architecture and the only habitable caldera in the world. Full of spectacular views of the caldera that you can enjoy from the island's capital, Fira, but also the neighboring villages of Firostefani and Imerovigli and the northern part and the beautiful village of Oia. On your way to Akrotiri you will find the Lighthouse which offer beautiful viewpoints throughout Santorini.
The archaeological site of Akrotiri reopened its doors after the renovation of the roof and wait for visitors to tell the story of a city that was buried under lava 3.500 years ago.
For swimming, visit the beaches of Perivolos with the cosmopolitan beach bars, the Blue Flag winners beaches of Perissa and Kamari with their volcanic rocks that create a wonderful setting. Kamari also gives you the opportunity for strolling around the shops. Visit the family friendly beach of Monolithos and of course the unique Red beach to swim in the most volcanic beach, or the White beach which is only accessible by boat.
Do not miss a visit to the village of Oia to witness the carefully carved into the rock of the caldera cave houses or the old captain’s mansions. In the castle of Oia each afternoon visitors gather to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
